• Real-time AI-generated responses to interview questions

• Personalized answers based on your resume and job description
• Code solutions for technical interview questions
• Integration with major video conferencing and coding interview platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

• AI Output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• AI Output should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI Output before relying on it

6.2 No Warranty on AI Output

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, timeliness, or suitability of any AI Output. All AI Output is provided "as is" and "with all faults."

8.3 No Outcome Guarantee

WinOffer AI does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our Services, including but not limited to success in job interviews, employment offers, or career advancement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WINOFFER AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING:

• Direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Personal injury or emotional distress

EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE OR WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WinOffer AI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

We are not liable for any loss or disruption caused by such third-party outages.

14.2 Dispute Resolution
