1. Subscription Refund Policy

Our subscriptions provide immediate access to premium AI services, which are digital and non-returnable. Please review the specific refund terms for each subscription type below.

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Non-refundable once the subscription has started.
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation allows continued access until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

1.2 Quarterly Subscriptions

  • Non-refundable once the subscription has started.
  • Cancellation prevents automatic renewal but does not trigger a refund.
  • Access continues until the end of the current 3-month billing period.

1.3 Annual Subscriptions

  • Eligible for a partial refund if canceled within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • After 7 days, no refunds are available, but access remains until the end of the 12-month billing cycle.
  • Renewals of annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Free Trial

We encourage all users to try our free trial before purchasing a subscription. The free trial allows you to:

  • Experience our AI interview preparation features
  • Test the platform's compatibility with your needs
  • Evaluate whether WinOffer AI is right for you

Important: Once the free trial ends and a paid subscription begins, the refund policy above applies.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Orders associated with abuse, Terms of Service violations, or fraudulent activity
  • Dissatisfaction after extensive use of the service
  • Third-party outages beyond our control

4. Credit Usage & Subscription

  • Credits never expire: Once unlocked, credits remain in your account indefinitely.
  • Post-subscription access: Basic features remain accessible with credits; advanced AI models require an active subscription.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

5.1 Upgrading Your Plan

  • Upgrades take effect immediately.
  • You will be charged only for the prorated amount based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued when upgrading (the prorated credit is applied automatically).

5.2 Downgrading Your Plan

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • No refunds or credits are provided for the difference in plan prices.
  • You retain access to premium features until the downgrade takes effect.

6. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  1. Account Settings: Log into your WinOffer AI account, navigate to Settings > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription".
  2. Email: Send a cancellation request to support@winoffer.ai with your registered email address.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You continue to have full access to all premium features until expiration.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after expiration.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details:
    • Your registered email address
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts, cancellation confirmation, etc.)
  3. Submit Timely: Ensure your request is submitted within the eligible refund window.

8. Third-Party Service Outages

WinOffer AI relies on external service providers (AI models, cloud infrastructure, etc.) to deliver our services. If an outage or service disruption occurs due to issues beyond our control:

  • We do not issue automatic refunds for the affected period.
  • As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer platform credits or extended access depending on the duration and impact of the disruption.
  • Credit compensation is issued at our sole discretion.

9. Termination by WinOffer AI

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate our Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the platform or its resources

In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be provided.

10. Account Data After Cancellation

After your subscription is canceled or expires:

  • Your account and basic data will be retained, allowing you to resubscribe at any time.
  • Premium features and certain data may become inaccessible after your subscription expires.
  • To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact support@winoffer.ai.

11. Reactivating Your Subscription

If you change your mind after canceling:

  • Log into your account and select a new subscription plan.
  • Your previous settings and preferences will be restored when you resubscribe.
  • You can reactivate at any time.
